Affiliate Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the American Moralist Society affiliate program. By joining, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 5-Tier System

• Tier 1: $6.00/month per active member (max 10)
• Tier 2: $1.50/month per active member (max 100)
• Tier 3: $1.50/month per active member (max 1,000)
• Tier 4: $1.50/month per active member (max 1,000)
• Tier 5: $1.50/month per active member (max 1,000)

Maximum Monthly Earnings: $4,750.00

2.2 Overflow System

When a tier reaches capacity, new referrals automatically overflow to the next tier.

2.3 Active Member Definition

Commissions are only earned on members with active paid subscriptions. Trial members do not generate commissions.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1 Promotional Guidelines

• Use only approved marketing materials
• Accurately represent the program
• Do not make false income claims
• Comply with FTC disclosure requirements
• Do not use spam or deceptive practices

3.2 Prohibited Activities

• Self-referrals or fake accounts
• Cookie stuffing or manipulation
• Trademark bidding on search engines
• Misleading advertising
• Incentivized signups without disclosure

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payout Schedule

• Minimum payout: $50.00
• Processing time: 5-7 business days
• Payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise

4.2 Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated monthly based on active paid members in your network.

4.3 Chargebacks

Commissions from refunded or charged-back transactions will be deducted from future earnings.

5. Intellectual Property

You may use our trademarks and marketing materials only as authorized. All intellectual property remains our property.

6. Termination

6.1 By You

You may terminate this agreement at any time by canceling your membership.

6.2 By Us

We may terminate your participation for:

• Violation of this agreement
• Fraudulent activity
• Inactivity for 12+ months
• Any reason with 30 days notice

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities. Earned commissions will be paid out according to normal schedule.

7. Liability and Warranties

We make no guarantees about earnings. Results vary based on effort and market conditions. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program structure with 30 days notice to active affiliates.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
