1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the American Moralist Society affiliate platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Membership
2.1 Trial Period
New members receive a 6-month free trial period. During this time, you have full access to the platform and can build your affiliate network.
2.2 Paid Membership
After the trial period, membership continues at $14.95 per month. Payment is automatically processed using the payment method provided during signup.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Affiliate Program
3.1 Commission Structure
- Tier 1: $6.00 per active member (maximum 10 members)
- Tier 2: $1.50 per active member (maximum 100 members)
- Tier 3: $1.50 per active member (maximum 1,000 members)
- Tier 4: $1.50 per active member (maximum 1,000 members)
- Tier 5: $1.50 per active member (maximum 1,000 members)
3.2 Commission Eligibility
Commissions are only earned on active (paid) members. Trial members do not generate commissions until they convert to paid status.
3.3 Payouts
- Minimum payout amount: $50.00
- Payout requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Wise
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Spam or harass other members
- Create fake accounts or manipulate the referral system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Engage in fraudulent activities
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability
American Moralist Society is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
